Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facilities management.
- Team Leadership: Manage and support clinic staff, including doctors, nurses, administrative personnel, and technicians. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to drive a culture of excellence.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor the financial performance of the clinic, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure financial goals are met.
- Patient Experience:





Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through efficient service delivery, high-quality care, and addressing patient concerns promptly and professionally.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the clinic complies with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and medical guidelines.
- Business Development: Work with marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to attract new patients, retain existing ones, and enhance the clinic's reputation in the local community.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement and management of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to provide optimal patient care.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on clinic performance, patient flow, staff productivity, and financial metrics for senior management review.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize clinic operations and patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements:







- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of financial management and reporting.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic operations in Dubai.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service and patient care is an advantage.
