**Who We're Looking For**:
We're searching for a passionate and results-oriented **PR & Marketing Executive** to join our dynamic team. This role demands a hands-on individual with a proven track record in the exhibition industry. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that elevate our brand awareness, drive exhibitor and visitor engagement, and ultimately fuel business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Exhibition Marketing Specialist**:

- Plan,





create, and implement **integrated marketing campaigns** specifically targeting exhibitors and visitors.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
- **Content Creation Powerhouse**:

- Craft compelling content for various audiences, including **press releases, newsletters, exhibitor brochures, website copy, and social media content**.
- Ensure all content effectively communicates the value proposition of our events and resonates with target demographics.
- **Media Relations Maestro**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, industry influencers, and partners.
- Secure positive press coverage for our events to enhance public visibility and brand reputation.
- **Brand Champion**:

- Uphold brand consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the company's brand identity and positioning.
- **PR Strategy Architect**:







- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that position MIE Events favorably in the eyes of the public and industry stakeholders.
- **Data-Driven Approach**:

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and PR activities. Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance, allowing for continuous improvement.
- **Team Player**:

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and internal and external marketing team, to ensure marketing and PR efforts align with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- **Minimum 2-3 years** of experience in a PR or Marketing role within the exhibition industry (a strong plus).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,





with a knack for crafting engaging and persuasive content.
- Proven ability to **think strategically and creatively** to develop innovative marketing campaigns and PR strategies.
- A keen understanding of B2G & B2B marketing principles.
- Experience with event planning and execution is a significant advantage.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Immediate Availability.
