**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and strategy, to develop and implement client campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals,
and reports to clients.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide problem-solving solutions to address any issues or challenges that arise during the execution of client projects.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within an advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Knowledge of printing and branding.
- Prevous work expiriene in event and exhibition industry.
