**Accountant Cum Admin Executive (DUBAI AIRPORT FREEZONE)**

**preferably on dependant visa**

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the company accounting duties and administrative tasks
- Responsible for providing secretarial service and client management
- Proficient in TALLY
- Well knowledge about VAT retyrms and submission
- Specialized in costing, preparing balance sheets, income statements, financial reports, asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account informations
- Renew accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Ensure timely posting of all payment vouchers
- Handle the filing systems and preserve office inventory, cash and purchase management systems






- Generate and submit weekly or monthly reports
- Should have a proven UAE working experience

- Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge in drafting
- High attention to detail

Professional attributes:

- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Strong collaboration and time management skills
- High standard of formal correspondence and business correspondence in English
- Good knowledge in Excel and strong database skills
- Strong financial and analytical ability

Attributes that may give you an edge:
Bi-lingual capabilities (English and Hindi)

Experience in logistics

1. 2 to 3 years of experiencing in airfreight & sea freight

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
