We are looking for a **UI/UX Designer**

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct user research analysis and interpret user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile apps from concept to launch.
- Develop prototypes, wireframes and visual designs.
- Ensure consistency in design elements across all platforms.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
- Conduct testing to gather feedback and revise designs accordingly.
- Work closely with team and other designers.
- Communicate design concepts effectively to team and management.
- Take time to understand clients' unique business objectives and target audience, developing custom strategies tailored to their individual needs.
- Maintain communication with senior management and clients to provide updates on project progress,
- Remain up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices and competitors to stay ahead.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support directly to clients, addressing any questions and concerns.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Art or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a successful UI/UX Designer.
- Highly experienced in Figma.
- Experience in Framer and Webflow is preferrable.
- In depth knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and ability to integrate into a team.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and work demands.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
