- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to our cluster hotels' online platforms.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hotel management teams, sales, and revenue departments, to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives and promotional activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of changes in search engine algorithms, social media algorithms, and digital advertising policies to ensure compliance and maximize visibility.
- Provide regular reports and updates on digital marketing performance to management and stakeholders,
highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in digital marketing tactics and processes to drive continuous growth and success.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry or related field.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
