Product and Sales Manager - for Toys / Collectibles

A leading gaming retail group in the UAE is looking for a Product Sales Manager.

Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Product Management**:

- Oversee and refine the product lineup for collectibles and merchandise.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with brands to secure exclusive distribution rights. o Manage product development processes to ensure timely market introduction of new products.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, from sourcing and development to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth product launches and availability.

**2. Sales Strategy and Execution**:







- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the collectibles and merch business
- Set sales targets and develop plans to achieve them o Identify new market opportunities o Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns

**3. Market Expansion**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conventions to promote products and build networks

**4. Operational Efficiency**:

- Manage inventory, including stock levels, forecasting, and ordering.
- Ensure efficient operations and logistics support for sales and distribution.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures related to sales and product

**5. Sales Team Training**:

- Develop and implement training programs for the sales team to ensure comprehensive product knowledge.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to update the sales team on new products, features, and market trends.






- Provide ongoing support and resources to enhance the sales team’s effectiveness.

**6. Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on sales and product performance for senior management
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- developing product lineup for collectibles and merchandise: 5 years (required)
- product management and sales preferably in the collectibles: 4 years (required)
- managing multiple stakeholders: 4 years (required)
- Manage inventory, stock levels, forecasting, and ordering: 4 years (required)






- handling brands to secure exclusive distribution rights: 4 years (required)
- develop and implement training programs for the sales team: 4 years (required)
- procurement/buying of collectibles, toys etc: 5 years (required)
