Social Media Supervisor and Coordinator

Art Deco Interior Design is looking for a highly motivated and creative young individual to join our team as a Social Media / Digital Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns and creating engaging content for various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Plan, create, and schedule social media campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.






- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Create compelling and relevant content for social media platforms, including written posts, captions, graphics, images, and videos.
- Develop a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure a consistent and engaging social media presence.
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for social media posts that align with the brand's voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media posts.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2+ years proven work experience as a social media / digital marketing coordinator or in a similar role.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram,





Tiktok and Snapchat, Whatsapp, Telegram and with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content. Strong creative abilities and develop unique ideas for content and campaigns.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation, including image editing, video editing, and graphic design.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator or in Figma is an advantage
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze social media metrics and derive insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams,





including marketing, design and sales.
- Proactive in exploring new social media trends, features, and tools to stay ahead of the curve.

**Experience**:

- Social Media / Digital Marketing: 2 years (required)
- Photoshop / Illustrator / Marketing Tooks: 2 years (required)
- Social Media Campaigns,Post,Design Creations: 2 years (required)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
