Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products meets the established standards and specifications.
As a Quality Controller, you will conduct thorough inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality production output.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
- Identify and document product defects and non-conformities
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective measures
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and findings
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines
- Communicate quality-related issues to management and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Quality Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and procedures
- Ability to use various inspection tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
- Certification in quality control or related field is a plus
Requirements
Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units,
dental implant handpieces, and motors.
Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.
