Sales and Marketing Executive (Fit-out)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies for Interior Design, Decoration, Joinery, MEP, Exhibition and any other product, business of the company.

2. Increasing the Turnover of by generating new Business/Clientele.

3.Managing the Sales & Marketing avenues of the company and ensure personally and the team attains the Sales Target set by the Management.

4.Meet the Sales Target by the Company in set given period, within given margins and within least budget.

5. Weekly reporting and meeting with the Directors for Updates on the performance of the Department.

6. Analyzing potential packages/enquiries received from customers by studying scopes,





deadlines and commercial aspects for its feasibility as a viable project prior to designing or pricing.

7. Submit reports to the Directors on a Weekly/Monthly Basis though not limited to:
8.Competitor analysis report.

9.Summary of Prospecting Reports.

10. Monthly Sales & Market analysis that will be used as your baseline to present Quarterly Sales Forecast to the Directors.

11. Profitability & Loss Report

12.Any other report the Management may demand from time to time.

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- marketing executive: 3 years (preferred)
