- Customer Service skills within Quality Standards
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Experience:
- **At least 1-2 years' experience as Real Estate Call Center Agent in UAE Real Estate Market**:
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality
- preferably in a medium to large organization or in real estate industry.
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
- Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
