**Position Overview**:

- The Assistant Sales Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Sales Head in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. This position involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional sales support._

**Responsibilities**:

- _Support Business Head in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing to meet or exceed sales targets._
- _Business Development of overseas market_
- _Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction._
- _Develop and manage Marketing activities, Social Media strategies / activities,





and other marketing related responsibilities._

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in sales or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and the sales team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.

Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide the sales team towards success.
