**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tele calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
- Introduce real estate services and properties available for sale or rent.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings with brokers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database of contacts.
- **Real Estate Brokerage**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and pricing.






- Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases on behalf of clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the transaction process.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and real estate partners.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software.
- Valid real estate license (if applicable).
