We are looking for car rental agent to join our team with minimum one year experience in rent car.
**Responsibilities**:
Greet customers and answer any questions they may have about car rental services.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their rental needs and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Explain rental policies and procedures to customers, including requirements for renting a vehicle and any additional fees or charges.
Assist customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle for their needs, considering factors such as budget and desired features.
Manage reservations, including scheduling, modifications, and cancellations, using the company’s reservation system.
Handle customer complaints and issues, providing solutions that align with company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct inventory management tasks, such as tracking vehicle availability, organizing the parking lot, and coordinating with other locations to transfer vehicles as needed.
**Experience**: 2 years ( required)
**Experience**:
- sales agent in rent car company: 2 years (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Dubai (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
