- Act as the day-to-day operational manager for any design managers or other design management resource deployed to projects.
- You will be responsible for leading the delivery of design management to deliver key strategic outcomes & sub-function KPIs, directly influencing strategic development.
- You will be the main point of contact for client design issues, ensuring relationships are managed and maintained.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Works as part of Talent Acquisition team, operates across all levels within the business, partnering with Hiring Managers and building relationships throughout the organisation, developing a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, meeting competitive hiring goals and managing expectations.
- Seeks and sources the best talent in the market from competitors or relevant companies.
- Identifies people with the appropriate skills, experience and behaviours aligned to recruitment requirements.
- Identifies internal talent and promotes internal career mobility.
- Uses a broad range of sourcing methods including social media,
CV searching and internal/external databases.
- Generates referrals using internal promotion and highlighting internal opportunities and talent.
- Supports prospects and bidding activity by pipelining unsecured roles.
- Supports Hiring Managers and Recruitment Managers through the full recruitment process.
- Creates adverts ready for posting to the external market.
- Reviews Power BI dashboards and reports to ensure targets are aligned and met.
- Builds relationship with third party partners to assist with bespoke hiring demands.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll need to have:
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
