**Karma Fitout Building Contracting LLC**, a leading Dubai-based interior fit-out contracting company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Sales Executive** (Preferably Female) to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate qualified leads and secure new interior fit-out building contracting projects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their specific needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations that effectively showcase Karma Fitout's capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate and close contracts,
ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Manage and grow a personal client database, fostering long-term relationships.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3-4 years of demonstrably successful experience in B2B sales, preferably within the interior fit-out or building contracting industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.
