Role Descripiton
This is a full-time position as Real Estate Agent with Luxury Cube Real Estate, located in Dubai. The real estate agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling and renting properties, providing guidance and expertise on the real estate market in Dubai. The real estate agent is also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing and presenting proposals and property listings,
and negotiating contracts and agreements. Additionally, the real estate agent will create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listed properties and conduct thorough property evaluations to determine market value.
**Qualifications**:
Valid Dubai Real Estate License
Proven Track Record of Sales
At least 5-years experience as a Real Estate Agent
Excellent understanding of local real estate market in Dubai
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and Entreprenurial
Team Leadership
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
