Business Development Executive - Holiday Homes

FMP HOMES is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. We specialize in holiday homes and real estate industry, are looking for someone with a passion for sales and a keen understanding of the hospitality industry.

**Location**: Dubai, UAE

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the holiday homes sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for expansion.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.






- Negotiate and finalize contracts to secure new listings for our holiday home portfolio.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and participate in networking events and conferences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking abilities with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.






- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and holiday homes sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
