We are currently looking for an experienced Dubai Holiday Homes Operations Assistant, a fast learner, capable of making decisions on his/her own and problem-solving. The person needs to be fluent in English, representative and positive minded
- Full "A to Z "Holiday Homes process
- Knows how to manage the Operations, advertisement, availability of apartments arrange the Properties from Land Lord.
- Lead Generation
- Inspect the properties for cleaning and maintenance each time the guest check in and check out
- Well knowledgeable with the DTCM portal
- Admin Works at the Office (Landlord Statement, Expenses, Accounts Payable and Receivables)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:







- Holiday Homes Business: 2 years (required)
- Good Contacts with Landlords: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English

License/Certification:

- UAE VALID DRIVING LICENSE (advantage)

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- business development manager: 2 years (preferred)
