**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in line with overall business objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and international standards.
- Manage cash flow, financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.






- Provide strategic financial recommendations to the CEO and leadership team.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and other financial institutions.
- Improve financial processes and systems to drive efficiency.
- Manage financial risk and ensure the company’s assets are safeguarded.
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the UAE.
- Fluent in Russian and English (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and taxation.
- Experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with financial software and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.






- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are a plus.

Pay: From AED20,000.00 per month
