**IBC Group** seeking a motivated and experienced **Female Sales Executive **to join our team. As she will be responsible for driving business growth by attracting new clients to our business center services.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on the office space industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in driving sales initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of business center services and office space solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
