**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Define project scope,





goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

**2. Execution and Monitoring**:

- Manage and lead project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

**3. Communication and Reporting**:

- Ensure clear communication among all project stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and milestones to stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver detailed project reports and presentations.

**4. Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and that deliverables meet the required specifications.






- Conduct thorough project evaluations and assess results.

**5. Stakeholder Management**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide timely responses to inquiries.

**6. Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Experience in managing projects preferably in the Education sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello,





Asana).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
