Main tasks
1. Carefully analyzing client requirements, specifications, and requests for proposals to gain a deep understanding of the project scope and objectives.
2. Preparing detailed and persuasive proposals that clearly articulate the proposed solution, its benefits, and the company's capabilities.
3. Coordinating with various departments (e.g., Sales, CS, PM, and QA) to obtain necessary inputs and ensure accuracy of the proposal.
4. Preparing and delivering effective proposals to clients, highlighting the key benefits of the proposed solution and addressing any questions or concerns.
5. Assembling a complete package of technical documentation, including data sheets, manuals, certifications, and LEED-related materials, for submission.
6. Submitting the final proposal to the client within the specified deadline.
7. Identifying and developing suitable technical solutions that meet client needs while considering factors such as cost, feasibility, and timeline.
8. Working effectively with the sales head, technical sales engineer, and product manager to identify and develop new product opportunities. Coordinating the submission of new product development requests and ensuring a smooth transition to the development process.
9. Assisting customer service and aftersales to identify the right product and spare parts needs.
10. Supporting other departments (PM, Engineering) on their projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the submission of proposals to clients within specified deadlines.
2. Select products that precisely meet client requirements.
3. Create and maintain a database containing information about all project proposals submitted.
Profile
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics.
2. Good communication skills.
3.
Self-driven, motivated, strong organizational skills.
4. Team player and able to get on with people of different nationalities.
5. Comfortable working with different functions, e.g., Engineering, Operations, Sales.
KPIs
1. Project progress related KPIs.
2. Meeting product sales targets (shared responsibility with markets).
Language Skills
1. English.
2. Arabic a plus, but not essential.
Computer Skills
1. Good knowledge of MS Office.
2. Presentation skills.
3. ERP knowledge (SAP).
4. Reading CRM data is a plus but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
