At Alpa Restaurant & Cafe, we are dedicated to providing our guests with an outstanding dining experience. We are currently looking for a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our management team and help us maintain our high standards of service and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient service.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage staff schedules and handle staffing needs.
- Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.







**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
