**Responsibilities**:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and Messages
- Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
- Maintain client records using DHA software
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services
- Cleaning the clinic and washing the dishes
- Preparing drinks for the clients and staff
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Process transactions and manage billing and payments
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
**Requirements**:
- Excellent public relations and communication skills
- Presentable, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in DHA software is a must
- Previous experience working in a beauty clinic is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
