Job Description:
We're looking for a Telesales Representative to boost our sales efforts. Your main job will be making calls to potential customers, talking to them, and turning them into sales. Building and maintaining good relationships with customers is a big part of this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and record their information and interactions in the CRM system.
- Exceed sales goals by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for generating leads and closing deals.
- Acquire knowledge about our services and highlight their competitive advantages.
- Meet or surpass weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Stay informed about our products and industry trends.
**Requirements**:
- Previous telesales or similar experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication and listening abilities are essential.
- Capable of performing well under pressure.
- Demonstrates motivation and a positive attitude.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
