Responsibilities:

- Work closely with sales and business development team to align marketing efforts with company goals and objectives.
- Ad Creation Develop compelling ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates and engagement.

Website
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic search rankings, and traffic acquisition.
- Help transform the online presence.
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimization to enhance website content and drive targeted traffic.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs and google search console and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.






- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO friendly content including blog posts, articles, and property listings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing to ensure the company's strategies remain effective and competitive.
- Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including link building, site architecture improvements, and technical SEO enhancements.
- Coordinate with web developers to implement SEO recommendations and ensure website functionality meets SEO requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including budgeting, project management, and vendor collaboration.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.







Facebook & Instagram
- Create engaging graphic content and videos using Canva and CapCut, ensuring they meet brand standards.
- Manage and optimize company pages across various social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement. **Create Campaigns and monitor the performance of it**

Google Ads
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns, focusing on optimizing ad spend and targeting the right audience.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.

TikTok Ads
- Develop creative TikTok ad campaigns to reach new audiences and enhance brand presence.
- Stay current with TikTok trends to create engaging and relevant content.






- Track and analyze the performance of TikTok campaigns to inform future strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing marketing challenges.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
- AED 5000AED - 7000AED, based on skills and experience.

Pay: From AED20.00 per day
