Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Cluster Director of PR & Communications with the execution of communications support strategies including the individual PR/Marketing plans for the hotel.
- Assist with the organization & hosting of incoming international/foreign media groups & individual visits
- Take pictures of events, VIP cocktails and photo shoots.
- Assist with the coordination of photo shoots/ interviews between external publication and internal department.
- Ensure PR presence at all meetings.
**Requirements**:
- A results orientated, experienced executive with a proven track record of supporting sales professionals to support the conversation of leads
- Super organized, with exceptional attention to detail
- Good communication
