**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coaching and Training**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive coaching programs for various age groups and skill levels.
- Conduct individual and team training sessions, focusing on skill development, strategy, and performance enhancement.
- Monitor and evaluate players' progress,





providing feedback and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and manage the coaching staff, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality training.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for players and staff.
- Organize and oversee team selections, match preparations, and game strategies.
- **Player Development**:

- Identify and nurture talented players, providing personalized development plans.
- Work closely with players to address their specific needs and goals.
- Implement injury prevention and rehabilitation programs in collaboration with medical staff.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Coordinate with the academy’s management on training schedules, facilities, and resources.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on player performance and training outcomes.
- Assist in organizing and managing tournaments, matches, and other events.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:







- Proven experience as a head coach or senior coach at a competitive level.
- Extensive knowledge of cricket techniques, strategies, and coaching methodologies.
- **Education**:

- Relevant coaching certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze player performance and provide constructive feedback.
- High level of organizational and administrative abilities.
- **Other Requirements**:







- A passion for cricket and a commitment to player development.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
