**Responsibilities**:
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC, Laser, and Flatbed machines.
Interpret blueprints and specifications for production.
Monitor machine operations and ensure quality output.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Adhere to safety protocols and meet production targets.
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Machine Operator.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
