Novelty Clinic is seeking a creative and versatile Content Creator and Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging video content for our Instagram platform, with a focus on showcasing our services, products, and brand identity. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent video editing skills, and a strong understanding of social media trends and strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Conceptualize, produce, and edit high-quality video content for Instagram that aligns with Novelty Clinic's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- **Video Shooting**: Coordinate and execute video shoots,





including arranging models, selecting locations, and managing equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
- **Video Editing**: Edit video footage to create polished, professional-looking content that captures the attention of our target audience. Use creative techniques, effects, and transitions to enhance engagement and convey key messages effectively.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and implement a strategic approach to video content creation, incorporating insights into audience preferences, trending topics, and viral content trends to maximize reach and impact.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor audience feedback and engagement metrics to iterate and optimize content strategy continuously. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and engaging manner to foster a sense of community and drive audience interaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.





Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing and video production. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and experiment with new formats and techniques to maintain Novelty Clinic's competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production and editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and demonstrated experience in creating viral and engaging content.






- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for storytelling through video content.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
