Main tasks
- Monitors and maintains records relating to company’s sales activities
- Prepares and forwards sales quotations for customers using available product cost data
- Placing orders
- Handles all correspondence and organizes contact between the sales manager and his/her customers
- Keeps records of sales targets and actual figures and compiles them into reports for management
- General administration work
- Maintains customer records
- Prepares quotations based on project tenders & B2B
- Any other job-related duties as required
Responsibilities
- Works very closely together with the Sales Manager he/she is assigned to
- Development and update of sales data relating to products/markets and countries
- Works closely together with production, purchasing, and logistics departments to ensure excellent service levels to customers
Profile
- Comfortable with technical issues/requirements and working with Operations, Sales, etc.
- Should be able to quickly learn the product range
- Able to handle work pressure
- Flexible and manages customers in a right approach in any situation
Language Skills
- English
- Arabic is a plus
ERP Knowledge
- Computer Skills
- Good in MS Office knowledge
- Presentation skills
