**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure Grooming and Appearance Standards: Support the manager by ensuring employees' grooming and appearance align with company standards.
- Incident Supervision and Reporting: Supervise and report any incidents that contradict the Shop SOPs and ethics, ensuring adherence to quality improvement or corrective action plans.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure team members are aware of company health and safety procedures, and report any observed safety issues or accidents to the manager.
- Report Preparation: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on various shop activities and performance metrics.
- Salon Procedures Oversight: Oversee all salon procedures to ensure they align with the company’s vision,
mission, and values.
- Maintenance and Cleanliness Checks: Conduct checks on rooms and shop areas for cleanliness, test machines, and notify the maintenance team of any issues.
- Inventory and Supplies Management: Follow up with demands and supplies, monitor inventory by coordinating with the shop’s team leaders.
- Staff Scheduling and Performance: Coordinate and implement staff schedules, assist the manager in coaching and evaluating employee performance, and motivate team members.
- Customer Care and Upselling: Act as a role model in customer care, actively promote treatments, services, and retail products, and support coworkers to provide high-level performance and customer service.
- Acting Manager Responsibilities: Act as the in-charge in the manager's absence, assist the front desk with booking appointments, and ensure compliance with shop rules and regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Several years of experience in a spa or hospitality setting.
- Arabic Speaker required for diversity reason
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is typically required.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to train, mentor, and develop staff.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of wellness trends and products
**Location: Nad Al Sheba**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
