**Compensation Package**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide information on market conditions, pricing, and the buying or selling process.
- Help client identify properties that match their criteria.
- Arrange property showings and accompany clients to viewings.
- Present offers and provide advice to client during negotiations.
- Keep up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and the developers on their area.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote properties for sale.
- Build and maintain a network of contracts with the real estate industry, including other agents, brokers, lenders, and service providers.
Stay informed about changes in real estate laws, regulation, and industry best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven expertise in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan projects (although newcomers with strong sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in building and sustaining strong client relationships.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Eagerness to embrace continuous learning and adaptability.
**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
