Role Summary







A Business Development Executive is responsible for overseeing the process of business development of the company to promote its longevity. Their duties include working closely with clients and management teams, meeting with potential business partners and maintaining existing client relationships and monitoring market trends to come up with new business ventures. They should act as face of the organization in front of the clients and ensure revenue growth targets of the organization. They keep the organization competitive and innovative by possessing business development skills and extensive industry experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the organization.
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Preparing and delivering presentation to potential new clients.
- Maintaining and updating Client activities and details in CRM software.






- Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs and translating into ready-to-sign contracts.
- Creating positive and long lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and business continuity through regular client follow up.
- Managing virtual and in person client meetings.

Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sales and marketing or any related field.
- Previous work experience in sales and marketing field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Advanced decision making and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.






- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in both the project management and sales side of running an organization

**Experience**:

- business development executive: 1 year (preferred)
