Job Title: Holiday Homes Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Holiday Homes Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties in Dubai. The manager will be responsible for ensuring top-tier guest experiences, managing property maintenance, and optimizing booking rates across multiple platforms. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, strong leadership qualities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Oversee all operational aspects of multiple holiday homes, including maintenance, cleaning, and inventory management.
- Guest Relations:
Provide exceptional guest experiences by managing bookings, coordinating check-ins/check-outs, responding to inquiries, and addressing guest issues promptly.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, maintenance personnel, and contractors, ensuring properties are in pristine condition.
- Marketing & Listing Optimization: Manage online listings, update property descriptions, photos, and pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market.
- Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local regulations, licensing, and health & safety requirements for short-term rentals in Dubai.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on property performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational costs.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage budgets for property maintenance, staff, and other operational expenses to maintain profitability.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field,
with a strong preference for short-term rental management.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
- Language: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Driving License: A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
**Salary**:
Competitive, based on experience, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
