**Job Title: Sales Executive (Russian/Arabic Speaker)**
**Location: Downtown, Dubai**
**Salary + Commission**
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive with fluency in Arabic/Russian to assist us in expanding our customer base. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Understand the needs and preferences of potential customers and provide them with information.
- Answer incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries, providing details.
- Maintain an organized record of all calls, inquiries, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and keep potential clients engaged.
- Collaborate with our sales team.
- Keep up-to-date with knowledge of the market and our listings to effectively communicate with clients.
- Provide accurate and timely information to potential buyers and sellers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to improve your knowledge and skills in real estate sales.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic/Russian is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls and inquiries.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools.
- High motivation and a results-driven attitude.
