Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the fleet management industry. Implement effective sales processes and methodologies tailored to the SaaS sales cycle and the fleet management market. Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Set clear goals and objectives for the team aligned with company sales targets. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and team meetings to ensure alignment and development.





Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners in the fleet management sector. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends. Ensure continuous improvement in sales skills and knowledge across the team.
