JOB DETAILS We are seeking a driven, friendly, reliable Office/Marketing Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, experience with creating successful marketing and social media materials, understanding of technology, ability to learn and juggle multiple projects, able to work as a team and/or independently while managing the front office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support of Real Estate Brokers and other staff as needed Maintain office equipment and appearance Sort mail Assist with real estate listing and marketing materials Manage website and social media accounts Enforce branding standards across the organization
Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, InDesign, and Creative Cloud Adobe Suite Ability to stay focused and follow tasks through completion Ability to prioritize and keep track of many ongoing tasks Excellent communication skills Customer oriented and cool tempered Motivated self-starter Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits:
