Full job description
1.Review and verify immigration documents to ensure they meet all regulatory and procedural requirements.
2.Process immigration applications by entering and updating applicant information into case management systems.
3.Communicate with applicants to provide guidance on the required documentation and procedures.
4.Ensure timely submission of applications, permits, and other immigration documents to relevant authorities.
5.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, addressing concerns about application status, requirements, and timelines.
6.Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive personal information and legal documents.
7.Track and monitor application status, following up on pending or missing documents and deadlines.
8.Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, HR) to ensure smooth processing of immigration cases.
9.Identify and resolve discrepancies in immigration forms, applications, or supporting documentation.
10.Stay updated on changing immigration laws, policies, and regulations to provide accurate information and ensure compliance.
