JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Operation Coordinator/Security Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, possess a valid UAE Driving License, and preferably hold a SIRA Supervisor Certification.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day security operations, ensuring all procedures and protocols are followed.
- Coordinate and monitor security personnel across various sites.
- Conduct regular security inspections, risk assessments, and audits to maintain safety standards.
- Ensure security equipment and tools are functional and properly maintained.
- Respond to and manage security incidents, investigations, and emergency situations promptly.
- Prepare reports on security activities, incidents, and improvements.
- Train and mentor security staff, ensuring they are updated with the latest security protocols and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Security Supervisor or related role.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- SIRA Supervisor Certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
