Senior Media buyer

Media buyer to source and purchase a variety of advertising space for our clients. As a media buyer, you will be required to analyze and interpret market analytics, determine the optimal medium and placement for marketing campaigns, and negotiate and procure the desired advertising.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting market research and analyzing demographics, media usage, psychographics, and buying patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements.
2. Developing advertising strategies and campaigns with marketing teams to most effectively reach the desired audience.
3. Sourcing and presenting audience data and advertising proposals to clients for feedback.
4. Proofreading advertising material before launching campaigns.






5. Coordinating and overseeing the development and launch of campaigns.
6. Negotiating with advertising sales agents to ensure the most cost-effective deal structures.
7. Managing budgets and monitoring campaign costs and ROI metrics.
8. Tracking and presenting campaign data such as views, click-through rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
9. Building and maintaining a network of advertising agents and broadcasting networks.
10. Monitoring audience and media trends, practices, and new technologies.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of three years of experience as a media buyer or similar.
2. Good understanding of media analytics tools such as Videoma, Cision, Nielsen, and Google Analytics.
3. Strong computer skills with programs such as MS Office, Google Suite, and Facebook Business Manager.
4. Experience in a variety of advertising mediums including print, radio, television, film, and social media.
5. Excellent financial skills and the ability to manage large budgets.

7. Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
8. Strong communication and networking abilities.
9. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
10. Experience in the medical field.
11. Experience in the Gulf market, specifically the UAE.
12. Experience working on messages and lead generation on platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, Google, and Instagram.
13. Ability to analyze campaign numbers and make decisions to improve or scale.
14. Organized person who manages time well.
15. Able to build a strong landing page structure and achieve high conversion rates.
16. Understanding of the basics of tracking and its use, and can do setup.
17.





Excellent communication skills.
18. Experience of 4+ years as a team worker.
