Senior Manager, Field Sales - United Arab Emirates

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead a successful and growing Field Sales team in United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of talented Account Managers, identifying, developing, and motivating a highly talented team who deliver value to the company’s business.
You will play a hands-on role within the field sales organization in this customer-facing and highly visible position, including direct participation in closing deals at key accounts.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Director for Field Sales for the Middle East, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Establishing business relationships with major enterprise customers and resellers, whilst attaining key performance objectives and revenue goals.
2. Leading a team of dedicated Enterprise Sales professionals driving new and existing enterprise customers within the region and achieving (and exceeding) planned bookings/revenue goals for new business, add-on business, and renewals both quarterly and annually.
3. Developing sales strategies with Account Managers to penetrate new accounts above 2500 employees.
4. Direct interaction with and development of large customer opportunities.
5. Defining and reporting on metrics to measure performance of sales activities,
accurately forecasting and presenting deal analysis.
6. Creating and executing both strategic and tactical plans to significantly increase our revenue and market share.
7. Collaborating with the Channel Sales organization to define Partner plans and drive incremental revenue.
8. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company’s competitive positioning in the marketplace.
9. Collaborating with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support to close deals, drive revenue and adoption, and meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
What you bring to the team
- Experience in hyper growth and building out fast-moving organizations at scale.
- Knowledge of the cyber security market and current threat landscape.
- Expert team builder,
team player, and leader who understands you win as a team, and has the ability to inspire and create loyalty, trust, and respect across not only their team but also cross-functionally.
- Proven record of leading and managing a successful Enterprise sales team as well as a hunger for success beyond targets and sustained growth.
- Extensive local eco-system knowledge in the cyber security market (Resellers, Alliances, and System Integrators).
- Excellent knowledge of the market and good contacts with large enterprises in the region.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conduct sales presentations and interact effectively with internal and external customers at all levels in both Arabic and English.
