To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Supervisor to drive both innovation in our busy Transportation network.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Support the overall daily management of operational duties.
2. Prioritize and continually improve safety at the delivery station and for the team.
3. Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators,





and delivery associates to ensure all shipments are delivered meeting and exceeding operational KPIs.
4. Coach team members as needed and partner with supporting departments to improve logistics processes and operations.
5. Communicate with delivery service providers to set expectations and raise quality standards.
6. Brief and monitor the workload of all drivers and associates, maintaining attention to detail to ensure all administrative tasks are accurately completed.
7. Measure and monitor overall workflows and daily metrics to assist the Operations Manager in tracking trends and reporting on site performance regularly.
8. Deputize for the Operations Manager as needed.
9. Help with training and mentoring new Associates to provide them with the knowledge needed to successfully carry out their tasks.
10. Follow up on and resolve any process-related issues as required.
11. Be flexible to work in different shifts and do overtime when needed.
12. Together with the Operations Manager, sufficiently resource your function from a personal standpoint,





which includes training needs, absence, performance management, coaching, and monitoring department productivity.

Experience Required:

1. Logistics experience
2. Warehouse operations experience
3. Data analysis experience
