Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities while ensuring efficient service delivery. This role focuses on cultivating long-term, value-driven relationships with customers to achieve sales goals and maximize revenue. The Sales Executive will collaborate with team members to optimize sales activities and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Proactively solicit and manage sales opportunities to drive business growth.
2. Conduct regular sales calls and engage in community networking to build and strengthen customer relationships.
3.
Collaborate with off-property sales channels to create complementary sales strategies and avoid duplication of efforts.
4. Prepare and present compelling proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence to secure new business.
5. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue.
6. Participate in trade shows, FAM trips, and other promotional events to showcase the property and services.
7. Support the operational aspects of booked business to ensure seamless execution of services.
8. Provide accurate and timely turnover information to Event Management to facilitate smooth event operations.
9. Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve service quality and address any concerns promptly.
10. Set performance goals for yourself and actively work towards achieving them while supporting the team’s objectives.
11. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of property amenities and services to effectively inform clients and guests.
12. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
1.
Education:
1. 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; or
2. 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
1. 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area (for 2-year degree); or
2. 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area (for 4-year degree).
- Skills:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
2. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on results.
4.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes:
1. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
2. A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Other Requirements:
1. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
