We are in search of a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Site Event Coordinator based in Ras Al Khaimah.

As a Site Event Coordinator in Ras Al Khaimah, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events within the region. We are seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of Ras Al Khaimah's local areas, vendors, and cultural nuances.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event objectives and vision for Ras Al Khaimah-based events.
• Leverage local knowledge to select and manage Ras Al Khaimah-based vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the highest quality of service.






• Plan and coordinate all aspects of on-site events in Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring a seamless and culturally sensitive experience.
• Utilize your familiarity with Ras Al Khaimah's areas to choose optimal event locations that align with client preferences.
• Create and manage event timelines, adhering to local regulations and guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a harmonious and culturally aware event execution.
• Manage event budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that may arise during events in Ras Al Khaimah.
• Stay informed about local trends, traditions, and cultural nuances to enhance event planning.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an event coordinator with a focus on Ras Al Khaimah or the surrounding region.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with cultural sensitivity.
• Familiarity with Ras Al Khaimah's local areas, vendors,





and event-related services.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local event planning regulations and practices in Ras Al Khaimah.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
