DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for an Administrative Assistant in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
- Conduct general admin tasks including answering the phone
- Respond to customer inquiries as well as concerns and provide information as may be required
- Prepare and maintain filing systems
- Collate and distribute mail
- Maintain, secure and account for office petty cash
- Create and maintain an up-to-date filing system
- Perform any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Should hold a Degree in a relevant course
- Proven experience working as an admin assistant or similar position required
- Must have good knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office suite is a must
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong communication skills required
