- Manage and coordinate office administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files.
- Handle sales inquiries and customer requests promptly and professionally.
- Prepare sales quotations and follow up with clients to close sales.
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on sales activities regularly.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Assist in organizing marketing events and exhibitions to promote company products.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements : -
- Minimum 1 years of experience in both sales and administrative roles, preferably in the UAE market.( Freshers are also welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Traveling
- Highly recommended to ladies who have own visa
