We are seeking dynamic and experienced FRONT DESK AGENTS to join the Guest Relations team of this new opening, ultra-luxury hotel located on Dubai’s coastline. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Opening: November 2024

Interviews will be conducted in August 2024, with successful candidates being finalized by the end of the month.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services,





and local attractions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle billing processes.
- Uphold the hotel’s standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are desired.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
