OBJECTIVES:
The Assistant General Manager plays a vital role in the daily operations of Blended Wellness, working closely with the General Manager to uphold our high standards. This position requires a dynamic leader who excels in managing teams, solving problems,
and maintaining top-notch service.
DUTIES:
- Assist the General Manager with overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met.
- Manage and address customer feedback, implementing improvements and solutions to enhance the guest experience.
- Contribute to business development initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
